Gaule Parties

The title says it all. Annual gatherings for villages you root from. You eat the usual BBQ, meet your cousins and wow; more distant relatives you've never even heard of before, get a bit bored, check out the guys and dolls, talk, talk, dance, take pictures, wave goodbye then leave for home. Me and my folks have to do this twice a year as they belong to two different districts. Its fun I suppose, you get to toughen up your Nepali spirit :)
